About Lake Forest Exteriors

Lake Forest exteriors is a construction company specializing in exterior remodeling. We install Simonton vinyl windows in 3 colors as well as Don Young Aluminum windows, also in three colors. We use all Alcoa Vinyl siding and Soffit (the underside of a part or member of a building, as of an overhang or staircase)and Fascia (molding) systems in an endless supply of colors warranteed for lifetime plus 50 years for the transferable part.

Our customers include those who paid $10,000 for their homes and those who paid $3 million.

History and Reputation

Being one of six brothers, I learned the business from my father. He used to do business with a handshake; though we cannot do that today, we do everything we promise and more. We see our customers at the Super S, the local bank, post office and on the street. After being in Comal County for 30 years we have never had to look away from a customer.

 

Some of our customers have had us do as many as fourteen different jobs. We truly take pride in our work and are gratified when our customers repay us with their continued loyalty.

We take great pride in our work and over the past 40 years, there has been a "Crane" on every site. When we start a job, we finish in a timely manner, not starting a project and disappearing after a few days and returning at our convenience. The people who work with us work only for us, so there is no need to worry about scheduling conflicts holding up your project's completion.
